I am blessed with the most wonderful family in the world.
I know everyone probably says that, but I really am. Without my family, I would be lost. They are my foundation, my smile on a gloomy day, my cheering squad, my best friends... my life.
Honestly, it could be the worst day and if I were to call anyone of them, they would drop everything and help. Not everyone can say that. My mom (Carol), my sister (Jennifer) & my brother (Tommy) are the strongest people I know. I would walk through fire for any of them and I know they would do the same for me. I wake up every morning knowing I am seriously the luckiest girl to have them.
My mother-in-law (Julie), father-in-law (Bob) and sister-in-law (Kate) are the most genuine and loving family. They spent no time taking me in as part their family, I felt as though I had known them my entire life. They are not in-laws to me. They are mom, dad and sister. They mean the world to me.
My Aunt Joanie, Uncle Phil, & cousins- Caroline, Katie, Ryan and Hannah are my home away from home. They are and have always been my second mom, dad, sisters and brother. Sometimes we don't see each other for awhile, but when we are together, it feels as though we have never been apart. It is a rare thing to have extended family that is so close to you, that you can tell them anything and trust them to keep it safe. I have that with them.
I am thankful for my family. They complete me.
